Very clean store. Quick service. My biggest concern is that these employees aren't aware of the risks of cross contamination.... The guy working used the same utensil to stir a coffee with Almond milk, the proceeded to stir mine with the same utensil. I'mseverely allergic to nuts, and if I hadn't noticed him doing this, then I'd be in the hospital suffering from anaphylaxis. Thestaff NEEDS to be properly trained on these kinds of things. Read more

Don?t order through the app and click ?pick up in store? the door will be locked, the employees will ignore you and your phone... call, and then give attitude when you wait 25 min in line to get your PICK UP IN STORE order. The response I got was that theywere short staffed, to which I totally understand I work fast food, but if that?s the case then decline in store orders. Onlyway to get a refund was to jump through corporate hoops so I waited in the drive through line and was 20 min late for class.Dissatisfied as I was spending $15 daily and only had 1-2 good experiences where all my stuff was actually ready. I?m sorry, but this store has really gone downhill! My husband decided to treat me at work with a drink and my excitement... quickly turned to disappointment!!! He ordered a large cold brew with sweet cold foam 4 pumps of vanilla, extra almond milk, and4 Splenda. And I got a large cold brew with maybe a dash of almond milk, no vanilla flavoring, no sweetener, and no coldfoam!!!! I placed an order on the app for Platteville location and it had the option to walk in to pick up my order. I did this since I... knew drive through was always so busy. I get there and they had a sign stating the store was closed and drive through only dueto being short staffed. It had this sign the day prior but I was still able to go in and get my online order ahead order. Todayhowever the doors were locked and who I believe was the manager glared at me and waved her arm in the air in a circle signalingI believe to use drive through. I got in my car and drive through was almost into the street the line was so long. I SAW myorder ready sitting on the counter, I did not plan on having to wait in line as I thought I could walk in. I called and stated Iwanted a refund that I didn't have time to wait, worker basically said too bad that they had to lock the doors because peoplewere still coming in even with the sign and they were short staffed. I totally get being short staffed, I work in retail and Iknow how bad it is, but then you should contact corporate and make walk in on the app not an option for the Plattevillelocation, that way people know and can plan accordingly. The worker did end up meeting me by the doors with my order which Ireally did appreciate but they were not friendly about it at all. Oh boy. One of my coworkers was kind enough to buy us $10 Dunkin' gift cards. 5 of us decided to get some coffee/food on 7/8/22.... Two of them places their orders online. I entered the store and stood in line after one group of 4 people in front of me. Inoticed at least 6 employees working. I had cash and gift cards in my hand. Not one person acknowledged me for at least 2minutes. Even then, it wasn't to actually help me or even let me know someone would help me shortly (again, at least 6 employeesand two open registers). After waiting a while longer and placing our orders, I went to the pick up area and grabbed the onlineorders. The food was already cold for one order. The other order didn't have the donuts that had been ordered with the coffee. Ihad to finally flag someone down and ask about the donuts. I was told they were out of both kinds, there was nothing noting thatat the pickup area and she was still charged for them. I was told she would have to call corporate and then she would berefunded the amount back to her gift card. After the other drinks were brought over, I stood there with 4 drinks and 3 bags offood. I kept trying to get someone's attention to maybe get a drink carrier. When I was finally able to flag someone down, theyacted like it was an inconvenience and like they were shocked I would need one. Once I got back to work, I had to explain to mycoworker that didn't receive her donuts what she would have to do to get her money back. She called the store to get the numberfor corporate that she was told to call, they didn't even have it. The only reason they are getting a 2 star is because mybacon, egg, and cheese on a croissant was delicious. However, that sandwich was not good enough to make up for the "the customerstanding in front of you is an inconvenience" service. Dunkin? Donuts is my hometowns life blood. I have never gone to a Dunkin this messed up. Very argumentative staff. Even after a... renovation they can?t make donuts correctly. I spoke to the manager, she said they don?t have time to do it correctly being theonly one in town. Coffee is never filled up all the way. Everytime I go I know something is messed up. Honestly save your moneygo don?t the road a mile to the McDonalds. I travel the country and have been all over the state of WI and by far PlattevilleDunkin is the worst in the state. Read more
This store is going down hill!!! Bagels are never toasted, bacon is ALWAYS RAW which is dangerous. Coffee taste like water.... Donuts stale, everything is disgusting, for months this has been the same routine with them. And the customer service inside isso bad and they have such attitudes. Can?t wait for Starbucks. Read more
