Curious and friendly people. Great food I had a special order and they got it right. Bathrooms were clean Awesome job.

I think that the McDonalds in Platteville sets their prices considerably higher than the McDonalds in Dubuque. Yesterday... (11-9-22) I ordered 2 Sausage Buritos and a large orange juice & the total cost was almost $10! Today I ordered the same thingin Dubuque & it came to $6.39! Read more
The manager was super friendly. He allowed my son to pick out the toy he wanted from a large box in the back. He showed us... everything the store had available for him to choose, without us asking. Great customer service. Read more
Foods great but wish management would at least get back when you call three times about an application. Cant even find a decent... job in this town feel like places are discriminating or bias because Im honest about receiving SSI for a disability. EmmiRoth,Kwik Trip, and now Mcdonalds!! I dont know what they do different but platteville and Galena McDonalds food is like eating at a totally different place. I make... a point to stop when I'm in either town. They are doing something right. I highly recommend. Read more
Ordered 2 chicken deluxe s. Neither were cooked through.
I'm not going to lie!!! I don't eat McDonald's but my family does, and this has to be one of the cleanest dog on McDonald's that... I ever been to. The managers are polite, the workers are great, and your food is always hot and fresh like it should be. Notrash all over the floor ,no open straw paper and napkins all over the floor, and Pops spilled all over the machines. Theyreally care about their establishment like they should.
