Employees who don?t know how customer service works. Rather you like the person or not. Do your job and go on with your life!... It?s not difficult. I was treated poorly twice as a customer and my sandwich was not good like it has been b4. It?s sad thatthese employees are allowed to act this way towards customers they have issues with bc of the problems they cause. They then getall the other employees to act just as childish as they are. If you can?t be kind of everyone or just simply do your job. Whyare these kinds of people in customer service? Not very prepared to deal with issues arising from using our smartphones to order. Deals I received via text were not working on... phone. Then was told to complete it. Me and my friend came in 3/17/2020 and an employee rolled her eyes when she asked how we were paying and we said separately, she... then was extremely rude when we asked her to repeat her question. Not to mention, when I went to pay she raised her voice at meand then said that she gave me the wrong total... I usually love subway but this was just a bad experience. Read more
Good food, but when using a gift card, when I finished using all the money on the card, the cashier requested the empty card... even after I was leaving stating that they reuse the cards. So that was kind of weird. Read more
I usually come in at lunch time when it is busy. The staff here at Subway, is efficient, and welcoming. They are able to handle ... a lot of customers at one time. I do NOT enjoy the design of this subway, with the ORDER HERE right when you open the door. Notsmart. this is the reason behind the 4 of 5 star rating Read more
Have eatin at this subway many times and never had an issue until today. Have the Ultimate meatball marinara sandwich for lunch... and a few hours later I felt so sick. Ended up throwing up and still am. According to Google throwing up this much with nothingcoming out is food poisoning. And Subway is the last thing I ate before this started happening. Read more
Ceiling was filthy & leaking liquid on to tables, staff was rude, & won't let public use their WiFi. Sandwich was cold i/o hot... and lettuce was brown and rotten. Yuck!!! Read more
