I ordered via UberEats and the food arrived hot. I ordered 2 meat plate with ribs and pulled pork with a side of fried okra, mac... and cheese with brisket chili. The entire meal taste horrible with the exception of the fried okra. However my stomach washurting later and Dickey?s was the only food I attempted to eat. Between the fried okra and couple of bites of the rib and onetaste of the Mac and cheese with chili brisket, didn?t sit well on my stomach. Read more

Usually a 4 star experience the few times eating here. today ordered a basic brisket sandwich meal and the meat was old and dry.... You can clearly tell meat was not edible. Read more

The lady that first came out of the kitchen area was extremely rude and barely spoke English. She was very pushy when we told... her hang on that we didn't know what we wanted she continued numerous times to be pushy. We're ordered baked potato casseroleand they did not give us that. They gave us mashed potatoes with cheese and scallions on top. I've been too dickeys a ton oftimes that's not what the baked potato casserole is. Read more
Came here on a day trip to Plattsburgh with my fiance. Pulled up and saw it was in a little plaza so I was hesitant to eat... here... I'm glad I did though! The gentlemen working asked if we had been here before we responded that we haven't and hehappily volunteered to break down all the menu options in good detail (even down to how many ounces of meat per serving). I gotthe two meat plate with pulled pork and beef brisket, they pulled out a nice chunk of meat and cut it right in front of me!Super fresh and tender with great flavor! My fiance got the "monday special" and loved the size of the sandwich. The sides wereflavorful and of good portions. We were himming and hahing about getting a blondie for dessert, when the cashier chimed in andsaid "I'm not just saying this but those are the best blondies I've ever had, I put some ice cream on them" I said sold we willtake some ice cream also, she then explained that soft serve vanilla ice cream is complimentary!!! That's right it's free youget a cone and serve yourself free ice cream!? The service was very pleasant and welcoming and the food was very juicy and fullof flavor. The price was surprisingly low coming in at 30 bucks. For bbq food that's cheaper by a long shot than what Iexpected. All in all very glad we came here for dinner and we will definitely come to Plattsburgh (a two and a half hour drivefor us) again to eat here:) Read more
