Staff is friendly. They have been so short staffed but the people in the drive thru still kept smiles on their faces. Can't say... much about dining room since I mainly go through the drive thru. The young staff is doing their best! Read more
Gave me a small fry, when It was supposed to be a large. After waiting in the spot 1 for 15 minutes for 2 combos and a bacon... mcdouble. Staff was nice. Just not very efficient. Also the design of the drive through allows @ss holes to cut the line fromthe second entrance. Read more
Very disappointed today with ordering breakfast, we always order the same thing, not only did they get our order wrong but when... we told the woman at the pickup window she was very rude. We told her obviously our changes incorrect, and she literally snappedat us, and said just drive to the next window and I'll make up the difference for you. Excellent place with a beautiful lakefront view. The staff provided excellent customer service, way beyond that expected from... typical fast food. My husband does not typically go to McDonald?s, but this place won him over. Read more
