My wife and I stopped in for a late lunch. We had never been there before. We ordered 2, pick 2. Hers was a cup of soup and a... sandwich. Mine was a bowl of soup and a salad. Her cup and my bowl of soup was the same amount of soup with one exception. Minecame with a short, black curly hair. Never again. Read more

Recently, I canceled my sip club membership because this location is FREQUENTLY not open for breakfast due to staffing issues.... Because I?m only in the area on the weekends (and rare holiday weekdays) it has become increasingly rare that I can order myabsolute favorite breakfast soufflé. This morning, after calling ahead a hold request, I arrived to learn my soufflé had beenthrown out. So now, I?ll finish my morning errands on an empty stomach because I?m not ordering something else that isn?t what Iwanted. I wish this location could get it together. Panera has great food. The food is wonderful and the location is convenient. The team members working there are also incredibly kind and helpful.... However, more often than not, particularly lately, our orders have been wrong. This has included wrong items, missing items, andeven things like sandwiches missing the meat that they're supposed to come with. At this point, we've gone from regulars atPanera to treating it like a last resort. Read more

I've never seen a cheaper company in my life. I like the food, even though it's overpriced. Like, ridiculously overpriced. ... MAYBE their sandwiches are worth the money, but the soup and salad?! Give me a break. And their "rewards" program is thebiggest joke in the world. It takes FOUR separate orders just to get a $2 off coupon for a "You Pick 2" and that coupon can ONLYbe redeemed if you pick up the order from the store. You can't get your whopping $2 discount if you're ordering delivery, EVENif you're ordering through their app! Because they use DoorDash for their delivery that's apparently the reason. But that makesno sense. It's like, just discount me through YOUR app. I'm not ordering through the damn DoorDash app, I'm ordering through thePanera app! And you're just forwarding the delivery order to DoorDash. It's just... dumb. And cheap. And did I mentioncheap? But yea, sure. The food is good. Read more

Very nice new restaurant, the physical surroundings are very pleasant. Staffing seems to be an issue as with most places these... days. The counter person taking orders was not versed in customer service. She wasn't rude in any way, just unresponsive. Shehardly said one word. Then I had to bring back my order twice because there were mistakes. And all it was, was a scrambled eggand bacon on a bagel. But they fixed the order both times and the woman who appeared to be the manager even offered me a freechocolate chip cookie to make up for the problems. So if you like bakery items and food developed in a corporate boardroom, with chaos ensuing when there's any request that doesn't coincide with the standardized menu items, Panera is your place. One of the best decorated Panera Bread locations I?ve been to and the got our takeout order right (not the case most places we... go)! However, the team member that took our order this morning seemed very uninterested in helping us or answering any questionswe had. Read more

Nice building with a great atmosphere. I've been here multiple times for takeout, most of those experiences positive, but this... was the first time I'd ever sat inside- wow! Had a steak and cheddar sandwich with a small bowl of mac, food was delicious andthe bread quality on the sandwich and in my baguette was out of this world. Not too crunchy nor moist. One thing I will say isthat the staff here is a very mixed bag.... Had one lady that was a total jerk and got an attitude when asked for an extra saladdressing cup, but two of the guys were very kind and generous; especially the one at the bakery section towards thefront. Spent a good while here as it wasn't all that busy, and while there was a fair amount of background noise from thekitchen, it wasn't that distracting and I enjoyed a great meal. Besides the one rude employee, a star was taken off due to ahorrible drive-thru experience a few months ago that had me experience a 20 minute wait when the order was placed *early*, andthen was given some of the wrong food. I also used to dislike their cookies years ago due to them being dried out, but thatproblem seems to have corrected itself with time. Nice! I really like this place! I'd also like to mention that the portionsizes are noticeably bigger when you dine-in, but I don't see that as a good or a bad thing - the difference isn't that extreme, but salads especially have a lot more to them when you eat inside. Decide if that's worth it for you; I totally think going thedine-in route is worth it if you have time. And want to make the most of your money, as this chain isn't cheap. Final extraprops to the fuji apple salad for being great :) Read more
