Wonderful waitstaff, comfortable environment, excellent menu choices. I ordered the pot roast stroganoff and it was very tasty,... but a few noodles were dry on the edges fresh out of the kitchen causing me to believe either the noodles were pre-cooked andreheated. The flavor and quality were excellent, the pot roast was tender and very flavorful. Desert was a joy and the coffeewas real coffee, not watered down swill or burned. I came to have a quick dinner with my twin boys. They are very active by the way! Anyways Ian our server was AMAZING!! He was... patient with myself and kids. Our food came out fast. Food was great, for what it is. Everything was cooked to order, hot, and tasty. We just had appetizers and sandwiches. My son... loved the burger with the fried egg. Service and staff were truly excellent though. The fifth star in this rating is allthem! The manager was very attentive and funny, our food came out faster than we could've imagined, and service was great. Had dinner Sunday night Lexi was awesome, attentive, helpful & a pleasure to meet! The shrimp skillet was unbelievably... delicious! We had the apple pie w caramel. It was the best ever that we bought a pie to bring home. The next morning before weleft we had breakfast again treated very well, & food was delicious again this time we left with 6 muffins. Friday mid morning and diner was a little busy already. First time at this location and will certainly go back. Servers are... friendly and efficient. Food was good and well prepared, and prices were not bad at all. We really liked their pancakes and theapple pie (even though it was a very small slice). Coffee was fresh and tasty. Host and server were quick and efficient. The meat loaf dinner was quite good, though the iced tea was a little off, perhaps not... fresh since it was close to 7:00PM and this Perkins closes at 8:00PM according to sign. Service was friendly, food was good. Iwould return. Read more
