This is the worst Starbucks I?ve ever been to. I have ordered the exact same drink every single day for literally years IN... COUNTLESS COUNTRIES; a triple/or quad espresso iced in a venti cup with syrup and cold foam. Every. Single. Day. This Starbucksclaims that their manager told them they are not allowed to put a triple espresso in a venti, and instead could only give me atall cup. Their solution was to give me a venti cup of ice, my espresso and syrup in a tall, and a THIRD cup of cold foam. Iassembled my own drink at Starbucks after they handed me them all. WASTED TWO PLASTIC CUPS. The most absurd thing I?ve everexperienced, especially when I give this company $5-10 every single day for years. I would understand if this was somehow givingme more product than what I am paying for. But it?s the exact same drink, I pay an up charge for syrup and an up charge forcold foam. My drink doesn?t even fit in a tall and I like a lot of ice to melt in my drink. Again, the worst Starbucks I?veever been to. Staff doesn't know how to make a simple drink, the caramel ribbon crunch, that's on the menu lmao no additives, no alterations,... just the drink. Then when I question it, I get told it's never been made any different then how she poorly made it. And it's notas though it was rushed, there was no line, i was the only customer. Sad. Read more
Didn't wait long in line at all. The lady working had excellent customer service. My Frappuccino was made perfect and tasted... great. I must add that several months later there place is still great. Customer service is above and beyond and they are quickand the drinks are made perfect. Still def a place I would recommend anytime and the fact that it's in Target is even moreconvenient. Read more
Fabulous crew! I don't think it's right that they can't accept tips because they're located inside a Target, that policy needs... to change. If they're providing the same level of service, or better, than a brick and mortar Starbucks, why shouldn't they beallowed tips? Read more
I'm not big on Starbucks. I'm a DD person. But when I do come in, I get my only drink which is the Carmel Apple Spice. That's... it. The employees have been sweet and nice. Thank you. Read more
