I visit this store several times a day on weekends and at least once a day on weekdays as I live across the street for about 3... months now. Never had an issue until today. I have always brought in a paper cup and refilled it(whether it be Stewart?s,Maplefields or a green mountain coffee cup) always charged as a refill. Today Liz decides to tell me she has to charge regularprice they can?t consider them refills. Dumbest thing I ever heard. The thing that made me mad is that she had to continuetalking about the situation even after I walked out to a customer sitting at the table.
