We won't be going back to this location. Workers were completely oblivious. The inside was chaotic as they made everyone use the... kiosks to order. People kept getting the wrong food. We waited 40 minutes for 6 items. Completely ridiculous. Read more
As always we enjoy our local taco bell. The only problem I had really was the attitude I encountered with the girl at the drive... thru this evening. Somehow my husband's drink order got mixed up from the app and she was not even understanding, more or lesswas very cold with her words and very snobby when trying to ask/explain on our end. I ended up just leaving the situation alone,I know things happen but I just felt there was no reason for her to talk to me the way she did, especially over a simplequestion regarding my mobile order. Friendly staff. There was a bit of a wait but I guess they were a little understaffed. No more Mexican pizza ????
When is this location actually open open? Twice I've gone there in the morning, during open hours yet when you pull up to order... there is no greeting or please wait, and if there is a please wait expect several more minutes than you would have thoughtappropriate for fast food. The clincher is that if you were patient enough to get through the ordering process, then you can befurther humbled by the ten plus minute wait time to get your food. Personally I haven't been able to wait that long. I'm prettysure either someone quit or was fired while my family tried our best to wait the last time, and through the first window whichwas open I could hear someone saying, "WHY CAN'T PEOPLE SHOW UP TO WORK ON TIME!?". Sooo I'm thinking they are having hiring andretention issues, which is too bad because I've always liked Taco Bell. Placed an order of two combo meals and they came already with a taco. And ordered two more extra tacos but when we got the food... home all they had was like a kid size portion of the nacho granda meal and the Crunchwrap but no extra tacos. And it wasn?t evenworth what we paid for everything which we never got all we ordered. And it tasted terrible what we did have. Will no longer eatthere get some good help and workers who pay attention to there job. Read more
I usually do drive through especially during "happy hour" I absolutely love the strawberry slushies! Unfortunately more often... than not they seem run out of stock of newly added menu items. It's not all bad though because they always have the regular menuitems. Read more
