I love Yandos because it is close to home, a local business, and a convenience grocery store. The selection is great and it is... always clean and tidy. I am giving it 4 stars today because the prices are getting ridiculous. I was so shocked by the price ofa can of chicken that I used Google Lens to compare prices: $5.29 at Yandos, $3.12 at Walmart. My whole total at Yandos was$32.13 compared to $22.86 if I had checked out at Walmart. They have a good assortment of items but are a bit pricey. Closer than the other stores. Great for a quick run to the store.

Often stop here at lunch or after work because of the close convenience to get lunch or groceries after work. Most of the staff... is friendly and helpful. The deli often times when I go in on lunch it's hot foods are gone so I'm left looking elsewhere. Ibrought it up today to one of the workers that there wasn't hot food often and she snapped at me and argued everything I said inreturn. My receipt doesn't have a name just service desk 1. Which is fine there's other places I can go . This isn't the firsttime I've had issues. Previously I went in to order food to bring home and the lady working deli told me she was going on asmoke break after taking my order and would be back later. Went here tonight to grab a few things we needed for Christmas dinner and Dessert. The place was busy but wasn't too packed. I... found everything I needed quickly. Everything was neatly and nicely straightened and where it was supposed to be. For a grocerystore on Christmas Eve.I was impressed at how neat the store itself was. The young man that rang me out was very polite andvery efficient at his job. He had great Customer Service adequate. I would recommend this place to anyone who needs a fewgroceries. Read more

They are located in one of the lowest income brackets, yet have the highest prices. Try making sense of that. Cans and boxed... goods are often dusty. I was crushed when Yando?s closed in Malone, I travel to Plattsburgh to shop there as often as I can with my cooler in the car.... Just recently purchased my daughter?s birthday cake there as they are the best around ! Their meat is always so fresh. Andcustomer service above & beyond - I just called out there describing what I was looking for and the girls went & pulled them offthe shelf for me two days in a row and saved them in the office - can?t thank them enough !!!
