I placed my order online and then headed up to pick up on my way out of town. I had one vehicle in front of me when I arrived.... When I got to the speaker I was asked to wait a second and they would be back to assist me. I sat there for 10 minutes and evenmoved my vehicle back and forth to try and activate the system. She finally came back and said Sorry, order when ready. I letthem know I ordered online and then pulled around and waited another 15 minutes with 1 car in front of me. When we got to thewindow, she asked if we had just a diet coke and I said no we had the app order. She said she would get us out order. I pulledaway almost 30 minutes from the time I pulled up. I know finding employees is difficult but that is crazy and I would thinkanything longer than 5 minutes in a drive thru would be too long! Read more

I Had the chicken sandwich combo yesterday, of which the breading was raw on the inside. Really disappointed considering how... good it looked in the picture. I hope they learn how to properly cook these in the fryer without disappointing future guests. Onthe flip side at least the onion rings were cooked properly. Read more
