I?m very disappointed with my experience tonight. They first gave me two blizzards that were incorrect, and then didn?t even... flip them which I don?t really care about that, but I pull back through they told me to pull the front doors and they will comeand give the correct blizzards I ordered. I waited patiently, and about 10 minutes passes, the incorrect blizzards were meltingall over in my car. I pulled back again through the drive thru , and then give me that correct blizzards which is why I put twostars instead one. However I asked them politely if they could take the blizzards back or at least give me napkins which insteadtold me to throw it the trash bin myself which is fine I suppose but not even giving me napkins was very rude. I've been here twice now and it is always so good! This last time we took our dog with us, and the employees just loved meeting... our dog. Everyone is so helpful and courteous. If we have any questions, the employees are eager to answer them. Our food alwayscomes out quick, and tastes so good! This is our go-to place when we visit Plattsmouth. Read more
Good food and friendly service every time we come. Our orders are never small, but they never seem to mind.
Good service. Food is hot and fresh 90% of the time. Toast is sometimes hard. Fries are hit or miss.
