I visit this pace 3-4 times a week in the drive-thru. One thing I look for in a coffee place is consistently. This place... delivers that. Every once in a while I will go inside and relax. The other night I went in and the coffee was good, the ambiencewas good, and they were playing some jazzy Christmas songs. Definitely a great place to get some quiet time and somecaffeine. I love the Scooters. Great employees, quick service, and they take donations for various charities. I usually get mocha frappe... with white chocolate Carmel and whipped topping. My fur babies get special treats from the employees. Whipped cream and a dogbone. It ends up on their face and up their nose????and they love it. Read more
I have stopped in this location previously because it is close to home. The drinks I get there never have the same quality... taste as the ones I get at other locations. No matter what you order it lacks flavor other than expresso. On Saturday August 7thI had been at the Verizon store next door and decided to go in and get a coffee at Scooters. It had been raining off and on allmorning so everything was wet. I walked in the store, took 1 step and fell on the slick wet floor. I am a senior with a totalknee replacement which is what I landed on. Obviously it hurt and I had no idea if I had damaged anything. Upon realizingwhat had happened one person yelled from behind the counter are you OK to which I responded it hurt. Realizing no one was goingto offer to help I had to try to get up on my own. No one made any effort to make sure I was OK or to help. Nor did theycomplete an accident report. On top of it all they didn't even to offer to comp my coffee which again did not taste like thesmores ordered. Starbucks is next door and.they will be getting my.business.from now own. Read more
