Horrible service hardly anything on them cold when we asked for them to be baked horrible
Pretty pricy but so I everything right now. Everything was clean AND they have ICE- Cream
My family and I used to go here pretty often, but the last few times I've came by we've had terrible experiences. First time we... came by after awhile there is only one person working and 2 people in line. Somehow he managed to take 45 mins for us to get ourfood and check out. Then we get the food and it is sub-par. This most recent time the vegetables were horrible. I should havetaken a picture of the food because it looked like it was a day out from starting to mold. Actually insane how bad the qualitywas. The pizza was a whole other problem. Not only did the spinach look like it would have given me food poisoning, but therewas a ridiculous amount of cheese on it and the cheese was starting to get hard like it was sitting out for a really long time.I'm not sure how that even happens on something they made right there and I ate within 10 mins of ordering, but it hasdefinitely lead me to staying away from them in the future. ordered a veggie delight pick-up, they charged an extra $1.50 for added smashed avocado and they don't even have smashed... avocado... all the vegetables do not taste fresh, sandwich was overall pretty terrible. couldn't finish it. please buy youringredients fresh. Read more

Preparation area seemed unclean with lots of crumbs & remnants. Customer came back to counter asking for napkins, I also didn't... get any. Sandwich was poorly constructed. Employee didn't know what soup of the day was. Soup bowl was tiny & barely filled. Nospoon either. I like subway as a whole, just a negative experience. Maybe a newer employee or something. ??????? The subway part is fine, but I went in here twice for a malt and I regretted it both times. The first time I ordered a large and... it felt light as I was walking out and when I checked under the lid, there was more than 3 inches of space between the ice creamand the top of the cup. So I paid for a large and they gave me a medium. The second time (I decided to give them a secondchance- maybe it was just the person) I ordered a small and the kid kept asking me questions about how to make it (???) and thenwhen I left, I found the cup was not filled that time either and they didn?t even mix it? it was just a ball of ice cream that Icouldn?t even suck with my straw. I love Goodrich but do not get ice cream here....to put it bluntly, they suck. Read more
We went to pick up some subs for our evening at Jazz on the Green. Service was painfully slow and was from a long time employee... there. They have new subs and I can tell there was no training on how to make those. I got the Philly and it claims it issupposed to be double cheese and all I got was the standard 4 slices you always get in a footlong sandwich. They had to go inback to get "NEW" bread for my sandwich but as soon as I took a bite I could tell it was not "NEW" and more day old, it was hardand dry throughout. We also got the Garlic Chicken and she really enjoyed her sandwich. The staff was friendly and besides thedry bread, it was a good sandwich. Really think some training would be good and make things better there. Read more
