Awful place. First person in line but it took nearly 15 minutes to get my food, and they still got literally half the order... wrong. And the prices have increased 70% in the past year; my last order was $17 but the same items were just $10 one year ago! Read more

Went through the drive thru at around 9:30 and tried to order KFC. Was told that it was closed at 9 and there were signs stating... so. Didn't see a sign posted near the drive thru or on their big banner. Next, their menu is too far away from the speaker to beable to read it, and I have 20/20 vision. Finally, after being told they didn't carry several Taco Bell items that are normallycarried at Taco Bells nationwide, I ordered two soft taco supremes. Pulled up to the window, see the sign about the store hourswhich makes no sense, and the employees were joking around and laughing and having a good time. When I got home to eat my order,I discovered the soft taco supremes were both missing tomatoes and lettuce. Not sure how they typically do things in Plattsmouthbut I was underwhelmed. Read more

Went into KFC and had a great experience. Cashier greeted me upon my entering the restaurant. I can't believe my biscuit was... hot. My meal was hot also. Don't remember the last time that happened. I was satisfied with my visit. Read more
