I was pleasantly surprised by Chef Shin! Ordered Sashimi and they did not disappoint. I got chef’s choice of sashimi... (albacore, toro, red snapper, yellowtail, albacore). They appear to use high grade sushi rice and the light salad dressing wasperfect, not too sweet with just the right amt of ginger. I love this sushi here! Hands down the best spot on the west side if you like sushi. I didn't try any of the rolls bc I like to... stick the classic sushi/sashimi. My favs are Aburi Miso Cod (*Aburi is the seared - slightly cooked) Aburi Enagawa AburiToro Shishito peppers (the sauce is so delicious I could drink it like soup), Crispy rice with tuna (I like this better than thesalmon) and the crispy rice is actually crispy Sweet Shrimp (w/ fried shrimp head) Shima Aji Yellowtail collar w/ homemade Ponzuwhich is very light in color and flavor I have been here 4 times in 1.5 months because I love this place so much. Incredible sushi! We visited for lunch and had a limited amount of time. There was about a 15-20 min. wait so we decided to get... spicy tuna rolls to go. The server was kind and attentive. We could tell he was doing his absolute best to give great serviceand he was working very hard. If we had more time we would have stayed. The spicy tuna rolls were delicious. One of the best sushi spots EVER. Absolutely excellent. Came here on a whim and was blown away. It’s a tiny hole in the wall... and the sushi chefs are actually Japanese. Honestly puts Nobu and Sugar Fish to shame. A must go!!! New favorite spot on thewest side. Get the #703 the seabass sashimi. I loved the salmon lemon roll too! Read more
Visited this town as a tourist, checked on google and saw this sushi restaurant very high rated, then decided to come. It... tasted so good and foods were so fresh! Friendly staff and great service provided. Highly recommend! Read more
Wow. I can not believe it took me so long to find this place. All: salmon, bluefin tuna, yellowtail sushi were fresh and... delicious. The hand rolls were also really good. I already know what I want to try next time. Definitely coming back. We werethere on Monday and it was super busy. Another proof that the place is good! Read more
incredible. We did the boat #805 for $105 says it’s for three people we ate it just the two of us. My bf will never get sushi... with me bc he says he’s “never full” and wow were we satisfied when we left ! The quality is incredible I especiallyrecommend the fatty blue fin tuna nigiri ….
