The food was very good. It’s not fancy, but the cuisine is correct. Delicious butter chicken, spinach paneer. The samosa,... pakora, and lamb kabab were slightly over cooked. Rice, sauces were good. One unfortunate occurrence was a woman on her cellphone speakerphone for a good 20 minutes or more, very loud, and it is ridiculous bad behavior, but the restaurant didn’t sayanything to her. One of the local favorites. Unfortunately they no longer serve lunch buffets due to the pandemic, but the lunch specials are... equally phenomenal. The food and service have been consistent over the years. Parking is up on a steep hill with very tightspaces, so definitely try to find parking on the street. Read more

Their lunch buffet is top notch!! From 11AM - 3PM, enjoy endless amounts of delicious Indian cuisine. Last call for food is at... 2:45 PM For the buffet selection: tandoori chicken, chicken tiki masala, saag (spinach), chickpea curry, a type of potatocurry, rice with saffron rice bits, samosas, and salad. Dessert in the buffet includes the traditional donut ball in sugarsyrup, a milk porridge with almond slices and fresh fruit. Onion chutney, green sauce, sweet red sauce also at the buffetline. On weekends, lunch buffet goes for $10.95. Weekdays it’s $9.95 Super good and delicious and fresh. Bright inside,large windows. They also have a section to the right when you walk in, for non brunch items. You can always order To-Go and alacart. If you want naan, it’s extra. Garlic naan is my favorite. Baked fresh with food stretch. Free parking above therestaurant on a hill, enter the lot right in front of the place off of Pershing.
