Wait time provided was 40-50 mins. It was lunch time so I figured they?d have a large work load but we had time to wait. Order... finally arrived an hour and 31 minutes later with the food barely warm. Attempted to use Domino?s delivery insurance and nomatter how long I wait it says order not delivered so I couldn?t correct it. Tried calling to get some kind of help but noanswer after several attempts. This was the first time I?ve had this issue from this Dominos so I?m assuming there is new staffthat aren?t as competent as the previous staff. The order was correct and tastes exactly as expected. It?s the dominoes closest to my house and I decided to go in and order pizza. The pizza was as I expected it to taste which was... good, and the Parmesan bites were of course delicious. However I am taking away a star because most if not all the workerslooked unhappy and it?s probably something to do with the manager. I have heard in the reviews that the management is kind ofbad and I have seen it before. However, they are super quick though. I was out of there in 10 to 15 minutes. Overall this isn?tthat bad of the Domino?s but it?s not the best either but I?d still recommend it. Read more
Just ordered a Philly cheese steak sandwich, and there was practically nothing on it. I've ordered these from other dominoes and... they come packed! This is the first time ordering one from your store and definitely the last. I will be calling for a refundfor this item. We had also ordered an order of cheese bread and from the top it looked good but as soon as we opened it it wasnothing but raw dough and unmelted cheese on the inside. Ordered 2 pizzas & cinnamon sticks for my daughter to pick up. She arrived at the appointed time, to be told that they had no... record of an order. Order # was given, and they said it hadn't been started. my daughter stood there for another 45 minutes,when they canceled my order. On day 6 now, and still have not been reimbursed, and no offer for even one free future cinnamonstick. This especially sucks because I am in hospice care and can't get anyone to roll me down there in my hospital bed to bangon the window. Astonishingly terrible customer service. I tried calling, but was put on hold for over 45 minutes, twice. Isent an email to corporate (because they don't answer their phones, either) with no response after 3 days. EDIT: Day 8 with norefund. We ordered pizza and other items last Saturday. They were so busy they never got around to making it. They never told us, they... just let my sister sit there waiting for over 45 minutes. I went to the PG store at 4:45 p.m on June 21 2022. They would not answer their phone after 19 min on hold. Manager said they... were too busy. I am elderly and don't have some tech skills to order on line. I told the mgr I would not come there again and hesaid "I would appreciate that". So if you're trying to place an order by phone, forget it! This has happened 3 times to me andI've been a loyal customer since they opened their PG location. Read more
My coworker ordered an extra large pizza, they rang her up for an extra large but the pizza she got was just a large. We tried... calling the store to explain what happened but you can?t even get a hold of anyone, it?s just an automated message that plays onrepeat, and it?s not like we can leave work to show up in person once our lunch breaks are over. Thank you Trent for the kind service!! I got a hand made pan pizza which is supposed to come with 2 layers of cheese. The one I... received had barely any cheese with mostly sauce. So I called in and Trent was very kind and was willing to do a quick re-due onmy pizza. Highly recommend for costumer satisfaction. Read more
