I gave this place 2 stars because the people working were very friendly and worked really well together. The pizza, however,... was absolutely terrible. The crust was thick, dry cardboard, the toppings skimpy, and the sauce tasted like cheap jarredmarinara sauce. $50 for two medium pizzas (albeit small mediums) and 6 near-undercooked wings was disappointing to say theleast. At that price you would expect fresh toppings, but alas, everything came from a can. Hopefully our experience was just asupply chain-driven blip, and not a true reflection of their product. Otherwise, I seriously call into question the authenticityof any reviews saying this pizza is edible. Read more
We had an okay experience here. The gluten-free pizza, while a nice option, tasted about the same as a frozen pizza. Granted, I... did just have a cheese pizza. Cannot believe how good it was. Great service, had both a gluten free pizza and a normal one, also some pasta between our group,... everything came out fast, hot and delicious. Fantastic root beer, boxes on the counter for convenience, staff were friendly,good prices. Will come back often Read more
The pizza tasted decent, like a high end freezer pizza but they were missing several ingredients on the BBQ Chicken Pizza. No... bacon or cilantro. Red onion was very sparse. I most likely won?t order from here again due to the low value for the money. Read more
I've never had a complaint about the pizza at Firebird. The crust is in the goldilocks zone (not too bready and chewy, not... crunchy). Reasonable prices and serving sizes. One time, they were showing an Age of Empires tournament on the TV and I knewthere was no better pizza joint. Read more
The Pizza and Pasta are amazing!!! I would highly recommend this establishment for pizza night for your family. Great... accommodations for my disability of walking. The handicap parking is close tho the door with ramps on either side to enter thebuilding. I would also recommend the Sizzling Firebird Pizza really delicious and tasty! All the other pizza are great andChicken Alfredo pasta we had was yummy. Staff was friendly and helpful with suggestions and atmosphere was awesome. Therestaurant was really clean as well. Read more
Dude! what happened to this place? The ingredients are terrible. Legit Management what did you do? I am more disappointed than... Kevin Sorbo as Hercules in the wrong world. The Pasta is trash. the pizza is frozen. It not worth paying $4 for one of yourpizza. Little Caesars cold the next day is a better pie than yours. come on man. Very sad about what I got. it was bad enoughthat I wanted to ask for my money back. Please go back to making good stuff. You have a 4.5 now but all these 1-2 star reviewsfrom the last few months.
