One sandwich. No cars ahead of me. No customers inside yet Very slow. Philly Sandwich was NOTHING like the photo. Had to open it... up just to see if it had ANY cheese, it did but very little. Tasted good but had pieces of very tough, very chewy meat. Maybe Icaught them on a bad day (Sunday) at the wrong time of day (8:00 PM) Ten bucks for A lousy to mediocre sandwich??? It was myFIRST Jersy Mike's experience; it is also my LAST. (I get better food at 7-11...sadly!) Read more

I have always enjoyed Jersey Mikes Sandwiches, this review is a culmination of my last 5-6 visits. We don?t really get too... complicated with our order, usually one or two modifications per sandwich. We never pull away from their drive through withoutchecking our order because more often then not they mess it up. My biggest complaint by far is the lack of urgency and how slowthe staff is. It?s common to spend 20+ minutes in the drive through if there is only 1-2 cars ahead of you. If we need to goback in and have them remake their mistakes then I?m waiting another 10 minutes. Today we placed a pick up order (arrived 3minutes after our pick up time and still waited 5 minutes for them to finish our order) and inspected the order before leaving. They got the modifications correct, but when we got to eating our sandwiches this photo was the turkey that was hidden under thefew thin slices. All in all, I?m getting frustrated with the slow service and they?ve lost my trust. The only reason they aregetting a 2 star review rather than a 1 star is because the bread and sandwiches are so tasty and I always crave it. But it?sJust not worth the time or hassle anymore. The sandwiches were great, the service was questionable. There were people that had been waiting for longer than us that still... had not gotten their food upon us leaving. The staff constantly asked us if we had everything when we had told them we werestill waiting for sandwiches. Not sure if just new staff or what but it was very disconnected. Read more

I love Jersey Mike?s and go weekly. However, when I?m in a rush and go through the drive-through, I?m given the wrong bread... every time. I ask for the rosemary and instead get plain white. It?s disappointing. If not for this one thing, It would be aflying 5 stars for me. If I can get the proper sandwich made going through the drive through another day, I?ll update this to 5stars. This store is fantastic! All of the meats are sliced right in front of you. The provolone cheese was so tasty. The tomato slices... were not out of a bag, they were freshly cut. Their bread is baked with butter, it's soft. The crispy bacon was great. The mayois rich, their oil and vinegar are top notch. The family owns this place, so nice. This sandwich chain is the best ever! I willonly get my sandwiches here. Fresh food, top quality, at a great price. Thanks Jersey Mike's! Update, I went for a second timeto this store. Unfortunately my sandwich was not as good. The employee seemed distracted or slightly upset. She did not make mefeel as welcome as the previous employee. I asked for extra meat and mayo, she appeared to be irritated. She poured a bunch ofoil and vinegar on the sandwich, and just wanted to be done with it. I'm not sure if I'll go back. Sorry. So, I made a quick stop here for some food, and don't recall if I've ever visited Jersey Mike's before. The place was pretty... empty when I walked in, but I appreciated how I was quickly greeted by the employees and asked if I needed any help. I wasn'tsure what to get, but I decided to go with #11, the stickball special. The meat was great, and what really surprised me is howthey cut the meat right in front of you as they prepare your sandwich. They added a special Mike sauce, to the toppings, Idon't know what it was, but it tasted amazing. All in all, I really enjoyed the food here, and probably would return if I'm inthe area. Read more
