This is a McDonalds that desperate needs quality control. Also the playground was described by my 6 year old as a ?death trap?.... Food took forever, mainly because they did not bring it out and I didn?t hear them call my number. The fries were veryoverdone, reminded me of crisp veggie sticks. Burgers lacked proper amount of toppings. 2 stars due to the nuggets being donecorrectly. The drink was also cold, although the drink station was a complete mess. Will not come here again Read more

Someone PLEASE get some extra hands at this place. For one it is absolutely disgusting in here. It desperately needs cleaning to... be done. More employees need to be on staff to handle the drive through and front. The door dasher had to ask for someone'sattention before they were paid any attention. I shouldn't have to beg to be seen by someone who's job it is to notice me andask if I have been helped. Basic customer service is sorely lacking here. And it's SLOW. Like no energy had by any of the staff.There is not an energy of wanting to help. The reason it's so empty in here is because it's NOT CLEAN. This is a really bad lookMcDonald's. This is literally how many fries were in the box from a door dash order. And no. There aren?t more in the bag. And the bag was... sealed so the dasher didn?t eat them. The drink has no ice which is fine but it?s completely flat. The nuggets are rock hard. Not just cold. But obviously hours old. The mc flurry paid for was a regular and they sent a snack size. Opened my bag at the drive-thru o find an old open and moldy mustard cup with another blown open one inside. The girl who helped... me refused to take it back and closed the window on me. This is disgusting. Read more
The employees at this location are the best. They don't seem to know what they are doing and the manager didn't really know what... they were doing either. They took forever to get the orders out with the line on the inside of the store. They make okay foodthough but not for looks just taste. Read more
Absolutely astonished at how the customer service is at this mcdonalds. When I pulled up, me and husband needed a moment to... decide what to get. Right off the bat, the lady at the speaker answered with something along the lines of what do you need.Instead of "what can I get started for you." I let that slide because I have worked costumer service before and I know sometimesyou start off bad. Both my husband and I were very nice, and asked for a moment. She said "sure" in an annoyed voice. Not even 2min had passed and she got back on the speaker in an annoyed voice again "is there something I can help you find." Right there Ihave had enough with her attitude so I snapped back and asked her to give me another moment please. Then we decided what wewanted and ordered in a nice way again. The whole time she was taking our order she was repeating everything we said andlaughing about it. After that we decided not to get our food and go somewhere else. As we drove away the lady yelled and saidthey're driving away and started laughing again. My mother runs a restaurant and no matter how short staffed she is, she wouldnever hire someone so rude and inconsiderate. This is not the first bad experience I have had at this specificmcdonalds. Pleasant Grove McDonald's train your staff better, and actually do something about all of your awful reviews. It'ssad to see a store ran so poorly. Read more
I love this McDonald's! I come almost everyday as I work around town and the service is always pleasant and fast. Mary in the... drive through is always there to take my order and greets me with a friendly smile. I find myself choosing to eat here becauseof the great experience I get every time I come in.
