This restaurant seems like prices are getting higher and higher with portions getting smaller and smaller. You pay a ridiculous... amount for a sandwich. This location especially left a bad taste in my mouth after placing an order online and being told Icould pick it up, I drove there to pick it up, arrived 5 minutes after I got notified to find out that they gave my sandwich toanother person. The cashier went back to find the manager and the manager didn't seem to trust me. I showed them the order andthe order number and he asked me again if I hadn't just barely picked it up from the drive through and I said, "If I had, then Iwouldn't be trying to get my sandwich now." I asked if they had asked the guy who they gave my order to for their name and theysaid they hadn't. I asked for a refund or that they remake the sandwich and so they remade the sandwich pretty sloppily. As Ileft, I heard one of the employees say that they didn't trust me. I have had much better experiences at other sandwich shopsthat are much more reasonably priced and provide much better service than Subway. Read more

Food quality has gone down in my opinion. They have a new menu which has great options but it just doesn't taste as good as it... used too. Sometimes my sandwiches are soggy but I'll still try them every once and a while to see if something else is good. Read more

went thru the drive thru, i happened to look inside before pulling up and it was empty, only employees inside. well i ended up... sitting in the drive thru for 25 minutes before anyone said anything at all. i almost called to see if something was up but i?mpretty patient. this is ridiculous tho. Worst service. Showed up at 4pm. sign says open. Go to the drive through. Gets automated prompt. Tried to order. No response.... Waited. Drove to window. Waited. Nobody showed up. Parked. Went inside. Music blasting. Waited at the counter. Nobody showed up.Waited longer. Nobody. Called the store phone number, phone in the back just rang, and rang, and rang. No answer. Hung up.Waited a little longer. Hangry at this point. Left a note. Left. Very disappointed in the management and this experience at thisSubway. Read more
