Update 10/12/2: door dash refunded chipotle the delivery fee money they had received due to the lack of delivery. I went through... leaps and bounds trying to receive this money back myself. Was ultimately ignored. Still never received a refund. I simply donot have the time to uphold a lawsuit myself. Chipotle truly failed a customer on such a simple matter. Robbery, there's noother way to look at it. Ordered catering for my coworkers on our lunch breaks. Our lunch comes and the food has been marked asdelivered online, but upon calling the restaurant after half an hour of confusion, I am told the food is still sitting notpicked up by anyone. Myself and coworkers were left burritoless and hungry on our lunches. Chipotle partners with doordash todeliver catering orders you place through their website. At no point does it disclose delivery is through doordash, as opposedto their own driver. Since placed through chipotle's website, doordash could not issue me a refund. But doordash did alreadysend chipotle their portion of the order money back, shortly after the incident. It's been 4 weeks since my original order. Icalled the chipotle catering hotline, as directed by the store manager, 4 weeks ago the evening of the not delivered order.Still no refund has been given even after numerous calls back and forth and being thrown through the "let me direct your call"wringer plenty of times over the course of the last 4 weeks. A multibillion dollar company that can't issue refunds in a timelymanner, assuming they do issue me one at all. Read more

Unfortunately I stopped eating Chipotle after this visit been a couple of years. Too many pieces in the meat that you cannot... chew and this is at any location I've visited. Authentic Mexican food is far better. Read more
Since moving to the area, we?ve tried a few different Chipotle locations and have had no real positive experiences. However, we... tried this location tonight and it exceeded expectations!!! Very friendly staff, nice portions (which is rare!) and very fastand efficient. We had such a great experience. Highly recommend this location! Read more
Worst Chipotle ever! From the service to the food. More than half of the steak served was fat.
Never order online from this location. They will never give you an extra portion unless you watch them do it. Check out my... extra steak bowls woth extra cheese and extra salsa. Screwed me two times this past month. Read more
Wife ask for double rice because she is allergic to beans and the server told her she couldn't do that, every chipotle place we... go they always give us the choice but this one in particular seems to have problems few weeks ago we stop right when they openand they didn't have any rice cooked and they didn't know how long would take, anyway empty plate for a 10dolar meal Read more
