The how do you run out of lettuce? I didn't recieve a receipt for a cold and stale $44 order. My whole family was upset.
I rarely stop by this jack in box,I went by today.The line in drive thru wasn't long at all two cars ahead me.I waited like 5... mins just to order.10mins just to get food.That was cold& nasty.12$ wasted.If I want jb I'll go to the one on North main.Thisone isn't good at all the service nor food. I never leave reviews on any restaurant good or bad but both times I was here the service was f- awful. If your establishment is... not equipped with enough staff to run it it shouldn?t show as open. First time I came food was cold. Whatever it happens.. Itried this place again, my error. And they closed in my face. I was the first person in the drive through at 6pm and the onlyreason I found out they closed was because I drove up to the window. Nobody was even going to try to let the customers behindme know they were waiting in vain. That is not how you run a restaurant. Whoever manages this needs to do a better job. Read more
Whoever is running this place needs to actually come to the store and see how badly it operates. Sit at drive through window for... minutes before anyone greets you or says ?be with you in a moment? or anything. Then you sit forever with no one even moving inthe drive through. I avoid this location as much as possible because of how incredibly slow the service is. I doubt its theworkers fault, id guess they dont pay enough to get people to apply or stay working there so theyre understaffed. Read more
Today I took Nugget and Cluck Sandwich. Nugget was fine. But the chicken of both Sandwiches was more than 3 months old. Same... thing done with me before 4 month. That time i buy 3 chiken sandwich. 1 are very old. We pay for fresh food. Not for yourexpired food.Who would be responsible if something happened to me today. Read more
To start with, I'm not a huge fan of fast food. My kids love it though. I do have to say that the food was fresh, and looked... really good. (Not smashed like some places do). On top of that the staff that helped us were really friendly and helpful. Read more
I drove up to drive thru, this store! #21482 And employees at this time and this shift, is the worst customer service I have ... experienced !!! Manager wants back the food? And drink ? Due missed order and communication!! And misunderstanding, So I gaveit back! So then I asked my credit card back with my refund back to my card! And so for my experience? In this store Andlocation ?
