My experience at Melo’s was favorable. I ordered a large Mediterranean salad for take away. This salad was not only fresh and... tasty, but it was actually large enough to feed 2 adults. In the past I have ordered their pizza too. It was worth the trip. Was pleasantly surprised to find some of the best pizza in East Bay at melo's. My roommate said let's go get some pizza for his... birthday and he took me to what I think will be the first of many visits. Can't wait to try their entree dishes as well. Read more

This restaurant, pleasant hill location is the best Italian I've ever had! I was in town for 2 weeks and tried many things from... the menu. The meat lasagna, porcini mushroom ravioli and the chicken marsla were absolutely outstanding! Made from scratch foodand quality ingredients makes it stand out. They currently have 4 locations around the area , if your ever traveling and closeto one of them you need to try this place! The pizzas are great too. Read more
Full disclosure, a high school acquaintance of mine actually is one of the part owners as I've come to find out. That said I... didn't find this out until after I had already eaten at this location a couple times. The pizza is definitely good, aboveaverage for sure. I wouldn't say the pricing is the best. It's all about value for the dollar, and I might be a little bit harshin giving them only four stars. My stomach definitely says five stars. Read more
This place is great! We wanted to try something new and were pleasantly surprised by this place. Our server was amazing and on... top of her game. We ordered a pizza after seeing one brought out to another table. It smelt delicious and looked amazing. Theirportion sizes for their pizzas are big. This was one of the best pizzas I've eating in a while. We left happily and with me in afood coma. Definitely on my list of places to come back to. Read more
Not pictured below was the Pasta Pescadora which was delicious, only delta was that it didn’t have an abundance of pasta. I... typically like my pasta to last until my plate is finished but with this plate I finished the pasta before I ate the seafood. Itseems from other reviews that there is a lack of consistency with the amount of mussels they add, we were given more than a handfull (which I am not complaining about). The margarita pizza was great although the cheese would slide straight off the pizza.The hot chicken wings were a great size and the taste was great!
