It was terrible. I was here for the first time and asked to give me just wings, as a result they gave me strips. And it was the... worst meal I've ever had. The breading was burnt and the taste was very rotten. The only good thing is the friendly cashier whohelped me get free potatoes, but the potatoes were awfully soft and mega-hyper-salted. This is the worst wingstop ever, I once came and ordered six spicy wings for myself, the cashiers are very rude and not... friendly, I waited an hour and they gave me the threads of the wings, they gave me parmesan, it's terrible! Read more
Absolutely the worst ever. Ordered a 1 large tender combo that could take 10 minutes, I got there the girls at the front with 0... costumer skills , so rude told me that this will take another 30 minutes when I got there, while other people ordering in persongetting their food in 10 minutes Read more
These guys are incompetent as hell. They can barely get an order right if you go into pick it up, if you do doordash/delivery... you can 100% expect them to screw it up. They are always forgetting things. EVERYTIME. Read more
No one ever answers the phone. It?s as if they go out of their way to ignore it. The only reason they get 2 stars is that the... food is good and the cashiers are nice, but this phone thing is out of control. I?ll start going elsewhere. UPDATE: Sinceposting this review, absolutely nothing has changed. They actively ignore their phones it seems. I do not want to be forced toorder online because my order always seems to be wrong when I do it that way. I wonder how much money they lose to frustratedcustomers from not answering their phone. This is the worst wingstop ever. I've ordered delivery 4 times and EVERY time items were missing. Trying to call in an order... for pickup is just about impossible. Obviously the employees done care about their service and their attitude comes from theowner / management. Thus place sucks! Never again! F this place. What a s hole. Read more
We ordered through DoorDash and waited for our order. When we finally got it, we saw that they only brought us half. The dasher... said the employee was confused cause he split our order in two and instead of giving him both our bags with the same informationon it, he gave him one. So that was $30 in food we didn?t get. I tried to call 6 times in a row and never got through. Also, thefries were soggy and the roll was hard. They?re the worst.
