The employees were arguing with each other and cursing. I went inside to buy ice while my husband loaded it. I have never had a problem when ordering online, but this time I ordered breakfast pizza, and when I got home one of my pizzas... had toppings I didn't ask for. I called the store to ask if the menu had changed, because I ordered my pizza exactly how it saidit was made online and got toppings I didn't want. The lady that answered the phone told me I had to specify I didn't want theextra toppings otherwise they put them on it. What sense does it make to list what comes on the pizzas online if the store isjust going to make it how they want. I am very disappointed and would like to know why this is allowed. I should get the pizzahow it says it comes unless I customized it. Read more

Nothing in the warmers. The woman, Brandi in the Kitchen is extremely rude. Another customer asked for ranch and she snidely... remarked about the cups. When asked when something might go into the warmers again her lack of politeness answered back with imunsure too busy for that. There were 3 order tickets and plenty of chances to throw in a warmer pizza. Read more
I ordered at 7:20 pm tonight and the email confirmation stated it would arrive around 8pm no problem. 8:20 no show so I call and... they stated he was out for delivery and wasn?t even apologetic. 8:50 still no pizza, call again and a different person answersand said should be there any minute again no sorry for the delay or anything. Finally 5 minutes goes by and they show up. I willnot be ordering again for this Casey?s. Poor service!!! Read more
