Always well lit and well stocked. There's a Casey's almost on every corner in Altoona and Des Moines/Altoona city limits.

All I wanted was a pack of cigarettes, sadly you can't open on time. Lights are on, but I'm not sitting in my car in front of... your doors 20min after you open just to check if there locked. They were before I left. So glad people can do their jobs SOwell. Don't even ask me about their day time kitchen crew... Read more

Ordered tonight around 6pm and pizza didn?t arrive until 7:57pm. Taco pizza didn?t have lettuce and wasn?t cut, it was also... missing taco sauce. The chicken wings were rock hard. Cheese sticks were good. Overall the order was cold and clearly sat thereawhile. We had no idea that Casey?s had switched to Doordash for delivery or else we?d have gone to pick it up. Lesson learned. Read more

The new location on e university in pleasant hill. Not so good. Sold me popcorn chicken that was made 3 hrs previous, taste like... rubber. And to top it off the old man cashier is a jerk. Both times I have been in there. He is plain rude, bad attitude. Read more

They didn't make our pizza that we called in. My husband had to wait nearly an hour to finally get it. The girl that answered... the phone was just horrible. One of the cashiers that was there was very unprofessional and rude. Stick to the original PleasantHill Casey's. It's not as shiney and new, but they are nicer, more professional and make great pizza on time. Read more
