Very understaffed, my order got lost somehow so I waited for about 30 minutes then brought it to their attention. The manager... made it right very quickly. This location isn't staffed for their lunch rush. Read more

Mc Donald's has really gone downhill. The food is intolerable any more. Most things have little to no flavor. BTW, don't eat any... of the chicken sandwiches, they are disgusting. Read more
I usually use the app & do curbside. This time I sat down at a table (they're numbered). They got my order right & got it right... to my table. I got a Big Mac & a Filet 'o Fish - two things that I've not always had great luck with. When McDonald's is good,it's amazing. When it's bad, it's hot garbage. My husband and son LOVE McD's. They go there often and use the app. My frustration is the high turn over rate of it employees... and the longer wait time due to training if the new employees. We no longer use the drive thru because our order is oftenincorrect. Read more
We've had minor issues with this McDonald's in the past, cold food, slow lines, etc. I don't think they've ever nailed an order... of ours even when it's something simple like, "no ketchup." Not a big deal, we know it's mostly underpaid people working a hard,thankless job so we try to give them a bunch of slack over the minor things. Yesterday I ordered a quarter pounder with justonion, cheese, and mustard and got a quarter pounder with cheese, a receipt, and onion. The receipt was on the cheese and theonions were on the receipt. This is obviously unacceptable. We won't be returning to this McDonald's or any other McDonald'sconsidering this is the type of "food" they're going to serve us. Read more
