Do not order online with a coupon! They will cancel your order. God forbid you save $2.50 on a $40 order while they charge you... $3 for delivery on top of a service fee. Read more

BLT salad bowl was half full, on a black Forrest ham and cheese I asked for tomatoes, heavy on the onions and a "boatload of... lettuce. What I got was layer of tomatoes, 5 or 6 little slivers of onions and not enough lettuce to cover the meat. When I gothome, I shredded some Iceberg lettuce and finished building my wife's salad. Also chopped up the two slices of bacon that hadbeen tossed on top of the salad. I was not expecting to pay over 20.00 dollars for dinner and then recieve a half prepared mealthat I then had to take home and finish preparing, could have stayed home, made it myself and saved the money. Bottom line is, Iwon't be going back. I will say though that this subway,located in Colfax, Iowa, was excellent when I first moved here 6 yearsago but has slipped considerably. The franchise owners might want to take a closer look at the outgoing quality of theirproducts. walked in ready to order one of the guys about to make my food with black hair turns on the water in wash sink then turns it... off grabs a paper towel grabs gloves then walks around to the back then immediately back to front and ask me what can I get youstarts to put the gloves on but here's the catch HE NEVER EVEN WASHED HIS HANDS! Best Subway around. We have been coming here for years when our kids have classes in the area. They are so accommodating. When... things started getting challenging with Des Moines and West Des Moines we headed back hear for a breath of fresh air. I havebeen to dozens of area Subways while out with my busy crew. This one is the best. And they have diet Dr Pepper.???? Keep up thegood work Pleasant Hill! Read more
