I usually go through the drive thru and order a large unsweetened ice tea almost everyday on the way to work. I am an ice tea... connoisseur and I know my tea. The tea here is always brewed perfectly. I am so glad that they sell diet Dr. Pepper now. ' Julie' is my favorite cashier (no offense to the others) but I have know her for years from a restaurant in Belton, Missouri. Read more
Terrible service not enough workers waited forever for our food. The food was not hot. They need to stay open longer than 10... pm. Workers were clocking out with a drivethru of customers. Friday nights after football games they should stay open longer. Iam always disappointed when I go to this McDonalds. It needs new management and more employees Read more
First off the last couple times I have ordered through the drive-thru it is not only taking them extremely long to bring my food... out but they will have a bunch of people parked on the side waiting for there to go orders. In order to get my meal and go homeI've had to go inside and physically ask for my meal there's been a manager there that I'm sure is nice but once she was nothingbut rude to her employees and made them cry because they had a dinner rush. Today I thought maybe they had a different manager Iordered my food and it's still took a long time and I still had to go in and no one asked me what I needed this time and so Ihad to wait until they were loading up some food into a crate that I asked them are those going out because I've been waitingfor my food. The employees are rude, you don't even get what you ask for. Plus when you say something to the manager they don't want to do... nothing about it. I ordered 2 mcchickens with cheese and extra mayonnaise and they didn't even put no lettuce on it and theperson that handed me my food said to make chickens with extra mayonnaise and something else. The people who take orders are amazing but the people who make the food don't listen at all. If you ask for no cheese, you will... 100% get cheese on it because they don't listen. If you specialize your order in any way, check your food before leaving, evenif it holds up the drive thru, because a majority of the time your order will be wrong. Read more
I'm sure some employees are nice... but not the one that helped us. Congratulations McDonald's co. You want to pay more money... for rude employees that are hardly worth minimum wage & you want to charge way more money for litteraly half of what you used toget.... in your efforts to pander & cut corners/cost, you have officially lost customers out right... its bad enough you don'tserve salads any more.
