Second attempt to get a simple strawberry shake??.second failure lol Wish I knew what the ice cream tasted like but at some... point I guess I made it on to these peoples pay me no mind list?..I?m a nice guy I swear!! In fact this is my first real badreview and wouldn?t post a bad one unless I thought Mabe my experience needed to be brought to the owners attention. Both timesI went on the weekend and both times the young people working the front were busy,but after like 5 mins of being ignored and noteven greeted I gave up!! I understand people get busy but ya gotta at least acknowledge the person standing there. I go out ofmy way to spend my money at small stores like this but at some point I guess ya gotta give up??????????? Doesn?t feel nice beingtotally ignored to the point you leave feeling awkward and alittle embarrassed. I had heard a lot of great things about this place from family when I moved back to the area. I don't see it. Wobbly tables,... waitress was nowhere to be found, got 1 drink the entire time, food took forever. So bad the people next to us got up and left. Speaking of food...the steaks were bad. For what I paid for a dinner for 4 you'd think we were at a white table cloth kind ofplace. Maybe this place used to be great, but as of about a month ago, not so much. Read more
This has been my ?go to? spot for the last two years. The food was always on point and the staff was super friendly. I ate here... twice a week and it was consistently great! That?s hard to do in the restaurant world. Recently they?ve had a change inmanagement and things are slipping. The food has been hit or miss and the staff isn?t nearly as friendly. Will, the previousmanager, learned my name right off the bat and always made conversation. He practically lived at the restaurant. Rachel, thebartender, also new my name and new what I liked to drink before I ever even ordered. She would see me coming in and she?d havemy drink ready by the time I sat down! I always felt welcomed and enjoyed hanging out having a couple drinks after my meal. Sheengaged all of her customers in conversation and delivered awesome service! The new manager hasn?t bothered to introduceherself or learn my name. In fact, I don?t think I?ve ever even seen her smile in all the times I?ve been there. She typicallystands around the bar area and doesn?t interact with the customers. It looks like there?s been a lot of changes in staffrecently, which is never a good sign. The vibe has definitely changed. I hope this place continues to do well as Pleasant Hilldoesn?t have many dining options, but I?m concerned. I doubt I will be there much now. Read more
Food was spot on!! Fast, hot and delicious! Not pictured is the Bloody Maria that was so good I drank the first before the... Calamari even came out. I planned to take a picture of the second one but it was half gone before I remembered I wanted to takea pic! We will absolutely be back! Read more
Top notch service. Waitress was awesome and always checking on the party and the bartender was attentive, funny and made sure... the drinks were on point. I had no idea this place existed and surprised it wasn't packed. The prime rib fries were hot andloaded with cheese, sweet bbq sauce and prime rib. Big portion appetizer that the whole table could share. The Western Burgerhad 2 mini onion rings, tomato, lettuce, BBQ sauce upon a burger. The burger was thick, not dry and the sauce gave it the rightamount of kick. The side salad was bigger than expected and they didn't skimp on the croutons. I've been to plenty of placesthat will give you 3, however this salad had about 8 pieces and enough salad dressing that you didn't need to ask for more. Myson ordered the prime rib and it was one serious prime rib. It was huge. Enough for 2 people to to eat or take some home. Hesaid every bite had seasoning and not dried out. Perfectly cooked. The baked potato was fully loaded and packed to the rim. Ionly managed to take a pic of the prime rib. The chocolate martini was delicious. Equal balance of vodka, Kahlua and chocolate.The flirtini had champagne, vodka and pineapple juice. You could definitely taste the champagne with slight hints of the vodkaand pineapple juice. Better than I expected. Lastly, I got a Moscow mule and it was on par. I have had plenty made with to muchginger beer and it kills the whole drink, however that didn't happen tonight and I was happy. Before we left, we stopped at thecreamy part and got the black cherry and garbage bin ice cream. The black berry had lots of cherries in it and the garage binhad huge chunks of the candy bar pieces in it. The only part I didn't like was the white chocolate coating on the cone. What a unique experience! Ice cream, restaurant, bar, guns store. The decor was fun but the best part was definitely our... server! We met friends there and from one other visit he remember several details about them, it was phenomenal service! Myonly criticism was for the price I would have liked little more food. I got burnt ends and after finishing them I was still alittle hungry. I would and definitely will go back! Read more
We only tried the ice cream but it was enjoyed by all 6 of us and the pricing is decent! Right off 7 highway, big sign, can't... miss it. You can also order food and they even had a bar. Service was very slow. Waitress didn?t check on table water went dry for good 20 minutes, asked for ketchup when food was... brought out never got it. ordered the philly there was more fat than actual meat on bun. way over priced for what you get. Didn?t eat but 1/4 of the sandwich. waitress didn?t even notice nor could you get her attention to even talk to her about it.Ice cream was really good Onion rings were good but small, not a very big portion for what you pay for.
