LOVE SUBWAY!! ?I always ask for ...lots of pickles and black olives on my subs. The employee gave me just a few. I asked if I... could have some more. She responded "If I give you more, I'll have to charge you extra". I have never been told this. Therefore,I told her to keep the sub, the pickles and the olives. Drove to another Subway and the employee was really nice. I did notmention what had just happened at the other restaurant. I asked for the xtra toppings...NO PROBLEM! Worst subway experience by far. I specifically ordered 2 subs and requested that they be toasted because that is how I like my... subs. The girl at the counter said okay and then went to microwave my subs without even telling me that the toaster was broken.When I repeated that I wanted my subs toasted, she responded with, ?we can?t it?s broken?. And then proceeded to give meattitude when I cancelled the second sub because we didn?t want two soggy subs.. customer service is honestly just continuing todecline and it?s just disgusting. I asked the lady to change her gloves since she was picking up pits and peices of fallen strap around the vegetables a d she got... an attitude from the jump, Said she should of stayed home instead of coming up here and I quote ( dealing with yous peopletoday)... started using profanity and walked off I told the other lady that was now helping me that my sister has 3 subwaysI'm aware of the glove changes and the first lady came back and yelled at me saying dont be talking about me behind my back wecan get real up in here and this time the mfer was directed directly towards me.
