I have never had a bad experience at a dunkin donuts until I went to this specific one. Most of the time they serve burnt... coffee, they don't get the recipes right in some cases, their food tastes badly freezer burnt. I will give them, their customerservice was decent. Absolutely horrible. Ordered 2 pumpkin spice lattes and a few miles down the road we each had a sip AND THERE WAS NO COFFEE IN... OUR DRINKS! Just milk and a little pumpkin syrup. Gross. Total waste of money. I'll never go to that Dunkin ever again. Read more
Greeted by a nice girl who didn?t know how to answer my question so she got who I assumed the manager was who was extremely rude... to me. I just wanted to know what the differences were between the two coffees like if one had more caffeine and if they tasteddifferent ( I was picking it up for my boss and do not really drink coffee) that?s when she preceded to tell me that I shouldknow the differences and should not be wasting her time with ?these kind of questions?. Ordered an iced coffee - that's it. Waited 10 minutes. A woman comes in after me, gets a breakfast sandwich and cold brew and... was given her order right away. So, I mention to the girl behind the counter that I have been waiting 10 minutes for just aniced coffee and the woman that came in after me (thank goodness she did or who knows how long I would have been waiting) alreadyreceived her order. This location is my favorite! They usually have a small wait in the drive-thru when I go, but im never in a rush. That's my me... time when I'm out, or girl time with my kiddos. They love their Matcha drinks. I love my iced vanilla coffees. And I'm alwaysdown to try anything new that contains caffeine/ espresso / coffee. You know mommas gotta keep that energy flowing through herto keep up with the kids! But the drive-thru line is always quick even if there is a line. The staff is always quick andfriendly, no matter what time of day you go. I have never had any issues here. This is my go to Coffee stop! Always will be!Love it! Read more
Ok I got two sausage egg and cheese on bagels and they serve fake eggs and the bagel was hard as a rock! This place dirtier then... the mon river it smells like Darrel dixions arm pits from the walking dead! The employees are meaner then a Republican atabortion clinic. This place gives me the creeps my egg sandwich was colder then a corpse in the morge. This place is ranbackwards like Kriss cross pants. The management is so unprofessional like a triple A baseball team that sucks! I will neverreturn here again please don?t waste your money here you will be disappointed. Old lady always runs the window and can?t reach to give you your drink. I have to put my car and park sometimes open the door to... get my coffee. She doesn?t comprehend orders correctly thru the drive thru. Very frustrating. I recommend the one on ClairtonBlvd never any issues only a mile away. This has been going on for 3 years I?ve lived out here. Such a shame I?ve lost hope forthe location. Read more
