Ordered a salad a grilled cheese and 2 smoothies. Through the drive through. Took longer then you'd expect. And they forgot 1... smoothie but quickly made it right. Smoothie was solid. Nothing spectacular but good. Grilled cheese was really really good. I'dgo back. Read more
I love the smoothies and food from this company, however, this location can?t be trusted. I checked my bank account and notice a... $14 charge. Which was weird because I specifically remembered the total coming to $12 and some change. I find my receipt and tomy surprise, the cashier added a tip to my order without my knowledge/approval. Smoothies here are amazing! I stumbled upon this place on my way to Jefferson Hospital. Very easy access in and out, they also... have a drive through. The prices are very reasonable for the smoothies that you get and the staff was very nice. Read more
I have gone to this location and received a great tasting smoothie before. Today I went and ordered two and they were filled... with chunks of ice and fruit, and not at all smooth. I also for a wrap which was incredible but I was incredibly disappointedin the smoothies I usually love them. Read more
Honestly not good. Shrimp quesodilla had 3 tiny shrimp when ordered with extra shrimp. Avocado bacon sandwich with extra bacon... was served with only 1 slice of bacon. Drinks are very watered down by ice. I've paid extra for the flavored straws and neveractually got one in my bag to try it but I've paid for them. Multiple items missing on my last order. I've given this place afair shot and have always been disappointed in the quality. Recommend passing on this location. Read more
The smoothies are great, haven't had food there yet. Keep in mind they come in one size... freakin huge. Average price 6.50... which I feel is kinda pricey but what isn't these days? We had the strawberry banana and the chocolate peanut butter banana...both were very flavorful and surprisingly filling. I got three intending to give one to each of the kids but it didn't work outthat way bc they were so big... asked for two smaller cups and after filling both still had smoothie left over! Even the smallercups were decent size... Last full one kept well in the fridge most of the day. Read more
I went there yesterday and am so happy to have Tropical Smoothie as my neighborhood go-to. The Thai Chicken Wrap was delicious... and the smoothie was healthy and filling. What a nice and friendly staff and service! Read more
