Amazing food great atmosphere good prices
A always great food at greats prices. The waitress as was even better. Always enjoyable to eat here.
Walked in and NO ONE acknowledged us. Sat in what seemed to be the only available table a 4 seater in the bar. Have NO CLUE ... the place extends beyond this. Watched a party of 3 who came in AFTER us get menus, served drinks and have orders taken. Movedin to the dining area only to wait 5 more minutes before we were greeted. Please understand that there were 3 other parties inthe dining area. Had a drink spill which we needed to take care of without any assistance. Ordered a turkey club and whenserved was asked " we made a chicken sandwich instead, is that ok?" Yeesch. Read more

Nice laid back country atmosphere with great service all the way around. Menu has a little of everything with good specials all... the time. We usually stop in on Saturday's and there have been occasions when the seafood specials sell out so we try to have asecond option. There are several ways to take a scenic country drive to find it. Great food at a great price. Takes me back to growing up in a small, tiny Iowa town. Good home cooking but up a notch. They can... cook seafood and I'm not at the coast!!!! This is my vets favorite restaurant and I'm glad his wife recommended it. Not a lot ofoptions out in the middle of the country. Great service with caring, welcoming people. A popular local hangout.
