It was ehhh, the Italian was mostly lettuce. Not much flavor, wait was excessive.
Came in 15 minutes before closing. Friendly and our complex order was correct, well-made, and delicious. Will be coming back????
Better bread? Bake it longer. This locations bread on two occasions this week (we wanted to give it a second chance) was... underbaked to almost raw-ish. Pale color of loaf/bread. No crusty crust. Flaccid mess of a sandwich. Read more
2Pm on a Sunday. We walked in and saw a staff member stocking chips, didn?t get a hello. Walked up to a counter to be greeted by... a not so happy man. I?m pretty sure the bathroom had hand sanitizer instead of soap ???? lol but it did smell good, likecinnamon. There was a baby spider in the corner lol None of the tables were wiped down or clean. I would think that takesprecedence over restocking chips but what do I know? Got our subs- chicken Philly and a club sub & it was like eating all breadwith two slices of turkey meat from those prepackaged deli containers. It was the weakest sub I?ve ever bought lol flavor wasgood enough, so it gets two stars. Fries were good & skinny. Fries are fries. Overall, it fed us and it wasn?t disgusting but wewouldn?t go back. Placed 2 online orders around the same time via door dash. One was accepted one was canceled. Called to see what happened and... place the order again for pick up, thinking it was an app issue. Called the store after 10AM which is when it opens and theyleft the phone to ring OVER 20 minutes. Then eventually they just picked the phone up and hung up right away to stop the phonefrom ringing. To be honest the cheese steak was very full of hard gristle and the lettuce was so hard I thought it was raw cabbage or... something. I've always loved your cheese steak but I told myself I wasn't going to be coming back after this..I still have youthree stars though because I have the feeling it's more related to your suppliers than your store specifically.. BUT..I thinkyou need to actually eat some of each shipment you get in order to be able to ensure that the quality is high. Read more
Unfortunately this Cousins makes pretty darn good sandwiches and their soups are great as well as their french fries. The... problem is their absolutely ridiculous hours! They close at 5:45pm. They should put a sign on the door that says go to Subwaybecause we are stupid and close before dinner time. On Sundays they are open for 3 hours 11am-2pm. Read more
