What a joke. Miserable employee, so I assumed the food would be the same.
The food is overall good. However, they take a absorbent amount of time to prepare the food. They have new employees every time... I come to Pleasant Prairie. The workers clearly hate their job and seem very incompetent. I always get steak sandwiches herethinking the situation will change. Aside from a couple of menu items the food is good. If the place didn't feel so neglectedand depressing, I'd definitely recommend it, but until that situation changes, I'd steer clear from this establishment. Read more
25 minutes for a meal and 2 potatoes. No line ahead of us. EVERY CUSTOMER that came after with similar orders received theirs... first. Watched my sandwich sit there for 23 minutes. Wish I could take back the $5 tip I left. The lady was friendly taking theorder but they were both INCOMPETENT AF once it came down to making it. Sandwich done before fries were dropped. Sat there whilethe other woman took the fries that were clearly for my order and gave them to the woman behind me. 4 other sandwiches were madeand distributed while I waited on my food. Literally made three peoples orders who ordered after me before my food was started. Terrible service.
They are rude and seem to close.whenever they feel like it, sometimes even with people in line! Website says 9pm but last the... two times they had closed before 5:15. Read more
Yummy Philly chesesteak fries and lemonade. Just a tad overpriced. Tasty food however. I ordered my order without bread becuase... i am glutem free. It was good. Try it! Read more
The slowest service ever. Took 20 minutes for 2 sandwiches. The food is way too expensive for what you get. Their subs are the... size of two sliders. Ridiculous. The employees, or owners, are missing a sense. Can?t follow requests. Meat almost rare. How? Read more
