This place is for anyone wanting a freshly prepared pizza/salad within about 15 minutes, unless you're there during extremely... busy times, like lunch. Either order their premade pizza/salad suggestions off their easy to read board or just pick your owntoppings & be creative. It's all up to you. Prices are fine for the portions. Ask for more toppings if you want, otherwise yourpizza/salad will not have a large quantity of ingredients, & the price isn't worth the money. Take the grandkids here & friendswith kids because there is no argument over who wants what on their pizza, because they can each have their own specially madefor them pizza. Read more
Edit: Came again. This time I was pretty spacy and forgot to finish ordering everything on my pizza but they were so kind and... called my name which they remembered. And asked if there's anything left that I wanted to add to my pizza. Thankfully theycaught me before I got way too distracted and walked away, the GM was very nice and even greeted us at our tableafterwards. When the staff is putting all the chairs on the table and forcing customers to stand at 7pm when they were stillgoing to be open for another few hours it made us feel unwelcome and like we had to take our food to go. Very busy around lunch and dinner. I'd recommend ordering ahead I ordered half an hour ahead around dinner and when I arrived my... pizza was still on thr line for toppings I ended up waiting another 15 minutes in the store. Staff is very friendly andprofessional when they are not slammed pizzas are made very quick and come out fast. Good pizza! Read more
Where do I start?! We have never had a problem at any of the Mod Pizza's franchises except here. They are always delish pizza's... and they come out fast and hot. Today was different. No problem placing our order. Employee's in "pizza making line" all woregloves they were all friendly and courteous. Cleanliness of ingredients was a hot mess with spillage into other food containersand I get it, it gets busy but again we the customer's look at that. My biggest gripe was that the female employee takingpayments was also the person who "cuts" your pizza and puts it in the box. We have nothing better to do but watch you. I watchedher take a cash payment from a customer, send a quick text on her phone then cut a pizza all WITHOUT gloves on or washing herhands in between. DISGUSTING! Yes she used some tongs to place pizza in box but come on that is straight up CROSS CONTAMINATION!Especially when handling a personal phone. And here's the icing on the cake... my daughter and I woke up to an upset stomach andhave been on the toilet a bunch this morning. You literally roll the dice at this location. You either get a delightfully light crispy pizza customized your way, and nice... service, or you get a mushy soggy heaping mess resembling someone puking in the middle of a crust that is somehow raw in themiddle and burnt on the ends. You never know what you'll get! After multiple times of being disappointed, and so many betterpizza options around, it's not worth it anymore. Read more
Up until Friday the 21st of January 2022, I seemingly had no issues with this restaurant. I had eaten there several times... before, and the majority of the staff seemed trained and on top of what they were doing. The quality of the food was decent andworkers were mostly friendly. I have completely changed my outlook on this restaurant due to a terrible experience with our foodand it not being corrected after trying to contact a manager, taking pictures of our food and throwing it out to try and correctthe mistake, and being talked to with some of the most disrespect I?ve dealt with from anyone in the food business trying tocorrect a mistake. This lady was completely combative, defensive for no reason as I was completely respectful and just trying tosolve the issue, somehow a manager that clearly thinks she can talk to customers however she wants, wouldn?t give me her namewhen I asked for it because I wanted to contact someone higher up after being treated the way I was by her, nothing got solved,and now I lie in wait for someone from corporate to hopefully contact me via the email I sent because I couldn?t find a directphone number! It?s sickens me how the weight of one person could bring everything down. I should also mention though that ourfood was terrible! We had to wait in line for well over 10 minutes for our food, our food came out burned on the bottom and allour ingredients cold on the top, the staff working that day were standing around, and the boy trying to help take our order wasstruggling immensely and no one seemed to care or offer up help. This used to be my favorite pizza place but after today I?m not going back here. I had to ask for extra red sauce because they... gave me a super dry pizza, and on top of that it might as well just be considered bread at this point because there are barelyany toppings on it. I asked for chicken sausage and there?s probably ten pieces on my whole pizza. They used to actually giveyou a lot but now they skimp you on ingredients. Well thanks for my $11 crazy bread ???? We were in the area after filling up some gas and the wife and I were hungry. There are a few restaurants to choose from but we... chose Mod for their quick service and delicious thin crust pizza. After looking at their menu options, they have a really goodgeneral menu but their customized pizza options are also extensive to build however you would like. Their service was very quickto get our order and actually waiting for the pizza to come out, something like maybe 10 minutes or less. The wife got a SpottedCow on tap which was cool to enjoy, alongside a custom made pizza that she drizzled some spicy honey on for a great finishingtouch. I got the Jasper, which had delicious spicy chicken sausage and mushrooms. Read more
