So first I placed an order online but when I get to the restaurant, they had none of the items for the order that I placed... nearly an hour prior, when I scheduled a pick up time for the order. And apparently they can't do a refund for an online orderwithout contacting corporate, so I had to come out my way another day to get the order I originally placed. Then it was ahassle getting that because the manager never put my name in the replacement book. Good thing I kept the receipt and wrote hisname on it!!! Several times I've come to this exact restaurant around 8pm only for them to tell me this is all we have left, which includes only a small portion of rice, noodles and little to NO Entrées at all. It's so disappointing especially whenthey don't close for another hour only hear the employees say we're not cooking anymore because their to lazy to do the jobthey're paid to do. The young staff seems to cave under pressure. Running out of fried rice at 630pm is not good, forgetting items on the order not... good and making assumptions without clarifying = incorrect orders.....not good. Ive had better panda at other locations. Read more

Last few times buying from the 76th St. location, and it gets worss every time. The vegies must have been stirred down many... times, and are horrible.Chicken also tough, and they no longer put pineapple in it. Portions are smaller, less meat. Definitelydone with this location Read more
I think everyone should know to remove the green bean ends but they apparently we not shown that here. Also I found cardboard in... my food. Luckily I saw it who know how many time people have just eaten it. I believe they need some major teaching in therepreparation of foods and maybe a health department visit Read more
