What happened to this place? It "used to be" my go-to for soup and sandwiches. I work blocks away from this location. The last... two visits have me rethinking that completely. Last time I went I wanted broccoli cheddar soup and they were out. the garbagewas literally stacked and overflowing, while two employees were just standing around shooting the breeze. This time I wentthrough the drive-through. The whole outside along the drive-through was full of garbage. The soup was luke warm. And thesandwich?? Well, look at the photo. Need I say more? If you can't tell what that huge glob is.. It's mayo. This location used torun like a well oiled machine. It has gone from ship shape to a sinking ship. It reminds me of a Racine McDonald's now. Last few times I?ve been there, they now weigh the meat and do not spread it evenly. The ends of the sandwiches are just bread... and toppings ???? We always ask for extra pickle and tomato, yet have only gotten extra ONE time. I only get half of thetoppings, whatever I don?t get I would like extra of the toppings I DO like. Don?t know why they?re so stingy with my request. Ireally like the sandwiches, but the stinginess is quite aggravating Update 7/3/18 unfortunately my experience just got worse! Myhusband literally just brought home sandwiches from same location and I found and end piece of a lemon in my sandwich! ???? Ithink I?m done with potbelly for awhile ????
