We?ve been going to this subway for years but the other day, a worker named Brian completely made my day. I was inside for about... the second time since I?ve been pregnant, and he remembered me from the first time and went and told the guy actually making mysandwich to make sure and heat the meat hot for me ???? First, I ordered from store 11722-0 (ASHALAND CITY, SYCAMORE SQ) and they called me back and told me they did not have the bread... I requested for the 4 sandwiches and cancelled my order and informed me that it would take several days to refund my money!!!!!REALLY!!!! YOU TOOK IT IMEDIATELY WHY CAN'T YOU RETURN IT SO? I KNOW YOU WILL BLAME THE BANKS BUT IT IS REALLY YOU!!!! So, I hadto reorder everything from store 24027-0 (PLEASANT VIEW) because it could not be transferred. Then they called me and told methat they only had two of the loaves of bread that had requested! No real sorry or any thig from the store! Just that's the wayit is! Take it or leave! If you don't like it cancel you order! Not to mention that this store charges more than other Subwayslocally! Why is it that we are supposed to settle for whatever we get than what we should get!
