This was our first meal after traveling in from the East Coast and it did not disappoint. They brought out a ton of freshly... baked warm bread to enjoy when we were seated, and we had the crab cakes as well as the squid ink pasta and the chicken Marsala.Everything was tasty and came out fairly quickly. Now I haven't tried all the Italian restaurants in downtown Pleasanton but I have been to nonnis and strizzis and this place may... be my favorite for dinner. Got the southern Italian spaghetti with steak and it was soooo good. The calamari was a surprise toogot the soup of the day and that was really tasty too. The dessert was just the icing on the cake.
