I was here for the first time with my girlfriends. I heard a lot from them about the fried chicken and hence decided to go here.... The service was great as we didn't make any reservations. We walked in and we were seated. We ordered, fried chicken bulgogi andfries first as we were very hungry. Then we ordered Korean tacos and glass noodles. Delicious, the fried chicken came withradish which is cut like a sugar cube and delicious. The service was good and one thing to remember dogs are not allowed andthey don't have outside seating. First off I was excited that this restaurant is so close to me. I usually stop at the one in South San Francisco. I had alot of... different and homemade fry chicken in my life but the soy garlic chicken is amazing. Even it is a different restaurant from thecity the favors are on point. I included also pictures of the menu check out this place next time you head over to the Livermoreoutlet. Plus it down the street so no fighting for parking. I did check out the other stores around look like it all new storesand restaurants. Read more

Do not order during the day, chicken is not fresh and will come to you rock hard and overcooked. My favorite fried chicken in... the area when it's freshly made, but this is an insult. Really disappointed. Read more

The chicken was really good! came all the way here from a far city, ordered online so we can eat fast when we arrive,... unfortunately the lady in front was very rude and dismissive! yes she is really rude! doesn't let online orders dine in. we have1 toddler and an infant with us and we we have no choice but to eat at the car. The service here is NOT good and they will pressure you to order more if they see / deem that what you order is not... "enough". All of a sudden they will tell you they have a supposed "policy" (which by the way has NO signage or notices posted,as is legally required nor do they verbally inform BEFORE you sit down and order) that each person must order something. Wewere already going to order a Medium Combo of the Chicken - Wings and Drumsticks, Half and Half flavor, Seasoned Fries, OnionRings, and Coleslaw and we were three people. The Korean lady (I don't know if she's the manager or owner or franchiser of thisparticular branch) was pressuring us to order more, under the guise that "due to the pandemic, and to help our workers..." -- Iunderstand if that is the situation, but customers / diners should NEVER feel pressured to order more than they can finish andeat. This lady from this branch was very abrasive and rude, and so we just decided to leave and cancel the order. NEVER goingto return to this branch again - I would go elsewhere - DO NOT GO HERE!! You will be pressured and cheated -- there's many otherBonchon branches in the Bay Area -- the one in Sunnyvale has great and BETTER service than here and they won't pressure / cheatyou!! Wow this place has tasty fried chicken. I went there with a couple of coworkers and while I've been at a Korean BBQ before I... wasn't sure what to expect from this. I was in for a treat. The spicy stuff is spicy and delicious. However if you order a comboplate, I suggest you start with the non-spicy first so that you can have a progression in the taste. The space is modern withvery nice touches like the elaborate lighting. This place is not cheap considering it's chicken wings but it's worth it, bothfor the quality of the product and the decor and ambience of the establishment. Read more

First time eating here. It is a Korean fried check chain restaurant. Their fries chicken has a unique flavor and test, it was... not anything that remarkable in my taste, may be something that Korean taste bud would appreciate more. Items were pricy ($$$),food was freshly prepared as it seems and service was okay. Place was busy and the two server were having to run back and forth,they need more staff. Read more

Had Bonchon 3 times. The taste is a bit above average. I don?t mind the taste at all, but I did mind its prices or portions.... Suggestion: either lower the prices or provide more portions. We had 10 piece drumsticks: half & half (soy garlic, sweet redchili). Sadly, we couldn?t quite tell the difference between the 2 sauces. There was supposed to be a complimentary side dishthat I chose (pickled radish) ordering online, but it was not in the takeout bag. I didn?t realize it until I was home. Sure, Icould have and should have checked to make sure it was there, but I shouldn?t have to do that. The tteokbokki was spicier thanI had expected. My wife had to drink some yogurt to chill the spicy taste. I liked the taste, too. Again, if it was a littlecheaper or had more portions, I would have been fine. 3.5 stars - rounded down to 3 because they forgot to give me the sidedish that came with the chicken and I still think it?s over-priced.
