I've had Chick FIL A before but this is my first time at this location. The food is not bad but a bit over rated. They used to... have 6 piece nuggets but now it's only 5 per order and very tiny. And I would have liked my fries a little crunchier but insteadthey were soft. The lines are long but they move quite fast. You get a tag and they bring your food to your table. They havefriendly hard workers here. And they take their jobs seriously. At least they don't look like they were hired from the lawbreaking side show participants you see in Oakland. I would avoid the drive thru area. It gets so congested that they use peopleto direct traffic. This causes people who want to dine in not able to park nearby. Read more

Very courteous customer service. Got a veggie wrap and deluxe spicy chicken sandwich with coffee. There is a particular route to... follow as we near the store with clear instructions.
