Came in on a weekend afternoon, interior is nicely appointed, however, seating indoors was not allowed. Friendly service, but a... little slow. A lot was going on behind the scenes, but the boba drinks we ordered came out slow for us and others waiting aswell. The drinks were ok. Many of them are prepared the same just minor differences for flavor surprisingly since there are somany options on the menu. A lot of local annoying teenagers frequenting the place. Caught them randomly sneaking pictures ofpeople and who knows where they were sending. Pretty petty and annoying to see. Overall it was just an ok experience and I doubtI'll return. Read more
They make the drinks really good, and make my drink in a fair amount of time. Very consistent when making the drink and the time... it takes to make it. only reason why I took off a star is because I noticed that the prices are more expensive at this location(compared to other iTeas). Read more
Pretty good tea, and they have happy hour pricing 8-9:30 every day.. could be my go to place for boba tea in Pleasanton going... forward UPDATE: Staff doesn?t know much English - which may be okay if not for messing up the orders. Read more
I'm glad there's an i-Tea in the neighborhood. The drinks are fine. I think the owners need to invest in AC. It gets really warm... and the purpose people come here is mainly to get something cold to drink. The hang out experience isn't nice since there's noAC. The owner needs to invest in another staff or at least make sure there's quick turnaround when it comes to cleaning uptables and counters. Read more

Shin at the front register is very rude and has the worse customer service! The drinks are good but the customer service is... terrible.
