Second time this has happened where I come to get breakfast in the morning only for them to tell me they're "closed" and it... sounded like the guy fell asleep! Worst jack in the box branch. Crew was so lame and lazy. Tells me to wait a second. Took 20 mins to wait before taking my order.
On my receipt it says Employee: Walter, to the Managers please stop hiring people like Walter that cannot seem to take simple... orders and answer simple questions. He doesn't seem to understand English well, stop hiring uneducated and unprofessionalpeople. Read more
Customer service was pretty bad. Are you not allowed to ask if they have non-meat patties? No interaction when taking my card... for payment, no thank you - and worst of all... after giving me my food, he didn't say if it was all... then he looks back totell me it was... but where's my drink? Try a little harder, bro. Read more
Must be much slower than usual. I came to buy some of the Tacos drink and curly fries, it was 8 cars ahead but I decided to wait... around 9 at night. Got all the way to the window and received my food then drove away but look in the bag only to find out itwas the wrong order. It was a ultimate cheeseburger with fries and those cheese potatoes or something. That's not what Iordered. I tried to go inside but the door was locked then I gave up. I ended up with more food I guess. Must do better thanthis guys. Read more
Never in my life would I expect this. I arrived in the drive through at 10:06 pm pulled up to the menu, there were 2 cars in... front of me. I was asked for my order and stated to tell him item by item but there was no response. He asked again for my orderso I repeated it which they were 6 different combo meals. At the same time I noticed the people in front of me getting out ofthere car. He repeated my order which two combos were totally wrong and I corrected him which he replied that's what you told meand I said no that's not what I told you. The screen went blank and he said tell me your order again, which I replied I told youtwice but your not paying attention. Then I asked him to tell me what he remembers I asked to order and his comment in Spanishwas to F÷? my mother (yes I do speak Spanish as good as my English). Then the intercom went silent and I sat there. I seen thecat at the drive thru window yelling and shaking his bag out the window. This happened for a few minutes. While I was at theintercom 3 cars total pulled up behind me and left due to the long wait and no one moving. The 2 cars in front of me both droveoff so I pulled up to the window, no one was there and I stayed there for about 3 minutes and no one came to the window. Itseemed very odd not to see or hear from anyone as card were there so I called the police for a report to be made on whathappened to me. While I sat at the window finally the manager vines from around the corner (Miguel I believe, need to check thepolice card given to me). He was still very rude, I asked why he did what he said and his best excuse was I was mad and fightingwith the cars before you. I had my two sons in the car and at this time it is 10:26 pm (yes 20 mins no food, stuck in the drivethru and spoken to in a way that no one should). I used drive through for my order. No greetings from the guy. I received my order quick. Sandwich and frys were fresh and good.... My drink was bad. I ordered flavor ice tea and it was old. Dark color with not much taste flavor. I would have went back but Iwas far from the restaurant and didn't have time. Read more
