At Stoneridge Mall in Pleasanton, none of them looked happy to work there for starters. The table was dirty and had to request... for cleaning. Only the bartender was pleasant. The server was late, served food without cutlery, just a big serving spoon. I hadto ask from reception so I could eat. Not the service I would expect from such place. Read more
The service was good. The food was a bit over priced. We ordered several dishes in order to try our favorites. Most were good... except one. The chicken was hard to chew. They took the dish away and made us another. It was better but not the best we had. Their best dish was the combo noodles. Read more
Utter disappointment. Kung pao chicken seems overly cooked/fried and it was bland and tasteless . More peanuts than chicken and... too pricey 20$ for the quality and quantity . It was our first time since Covid started to return to P.F. Chang’s and celebrate Mother’s Day, unfortunately we were... disappointed by the quality of food we were served. I can understand them being shorthanded however there is no excuse forserving poor quality food. Our broccoli beef, and kungpao shrimp looked like it had sat there for a while. The shrimp sizes arevery small. Considering what you pay for the dishes it was clearly cutting corners. Read more
Good vegetarian options, customer service is good as well. The ambience is nice. The best thing is their desert, fire and ice is... just amazing. We had an Eggplant dish and Buddha tufa and vegetables was a great suggestion from our waiter. Read more
Great food!!! Loved the sushi...super fresh. Jason had the beef and broccoli and the meat was so yummy. We had better service in... the bar area. The host may need a little trainning with communication. We had reservations at 930pm got there at 9pm. They saidit would be like 20 min so we said was it okay for us to get a drink while we waited...they said of course. 930 arrives we askare we about to be seated and they said they took us off the list lol since we walked I to the bar area...lol We ended up justordering in the bar area and the server took care of us. It was a back to home trip from Modesto on weekday . Place is clean and follow all restrictions. Mask is required to enter .... Front desk was very welcoming and answered all questions we had. Had to wait for 7 mins to be seated. Nice ambience and food isalways awesome. We were 6 people and had multiple dishes and drinks. Everything thing was delicious ????. Server forgot our oneorder but that's ok, overall it was good experience. Read more
The food is always great and never changes. The Mongolian beef and salt and pepper prawns are the best. We ordered dessert and... got the toffee sticky pudding with ice cream and I have been obsessing about going back there and getting it again. Highlyrecommend! Read more
