Normally I don?t review bad experiences but I?ve been to this restaurant many times in the past and always had pretty good... experiences. This time was pretty bad and I?m wondering if the store is under new management? First of all the menus are notcurrent. When I said I wanted the #1 lunch special the guy at the counter said ?corporate took that away?everything is separate?. When I asked him if they were getting new menus he told me no?because it took four months to get these ????. Interesting. Thesalad bar was filled with all the usual varieties of items but the purple cabbage had turned brown and dry and the cottagecheese had turned sour (really sour). When I informed the same guy at the counter he said ?oh ok?. And that was the end of it.He went out for 2 smoke breaks and had a snack to eat during the time I was there (I was the only person in the restaurant), butas far as I know that cottage cheese will never be removed. Gross! I also noticed that the floors were VERY dirty. Lots of foodand sticky bits. It didn?t used to be that way. Very very disappointing. I probably will never go back. Read more
Lunch menu clearly stated one topping personal pizza plus soft drink. Staff refused to give a drink plus charged me for a 2... topping pizza bc it was a Hawaiian pizza. Never coming back bad service!! Read more
We had some unexpected guests in our office and needed to feed them. The popular request was pizza. We've only used this... location once before (a number of years ago), but we took a chance and ordered 8 (yes, 8) XL pizzas. The decision to use thisvendor was the best we could have made - all the pizzas were perfect: perfectly cooked, loaded with toppings, and VERYtasty! They were ready exactly when we needed them, and the staff was very friendly and professional. I'd give them more than 5stars if I could. Highly recommended! Read more
The man on the phone was rude. I called him to tell that the pizza they gave me yesterday(pizza was ready in 5 mins because they... were closing!) was not up to the mark and the sauce was light. He told me that the next time I come there I can give the oldpizza back and get a new one. He specifically asked me to get the old pizza. Also, please do not order any pizza just beforeclosing time!
